Shipping Information
Shipping
We offer free standard shipping for all orders that total $20.00 or more before tax. This applies to orders shipped within the United States. You can upgrade to expedited shipping for $4.95. A flat standard shipping fee of $4.95 is charged for all orders that total less than $20.00. You can upgrade to expedite shipping for a flat fee of $9.95. These shipping rates apply to U.S. domestic orders only.
How long until an order ships?
Orders are shipped within 24 hours, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, excluding holidays. On the rare occasion that an item is on backorder you will be notified via email and be given the option to cancel.
Carriers
We ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS) for most shipping. We may choose to use another carrier to expedite an order or for international shipping in our sole discretion.
Order Tracking
If a tracking number is provided by the carrier when your item ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Most orders are sent with tracking numbers.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the backordered item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping for the second shipment.
International Shipping
International shipping rates will be calculated in the checkout. We do not offer free shipping or flat rates for international shipping. You will be responsible for any tax or duty fees imposed on your package.
